Using either existing 2D sketches, or starting with a blank piece of paper, 3D solid component models can be easily and quickly constructed and modified using Pictures by PC. The latest ACIS modelling kernel helps to ensure that the most complex of forms such as plastic mouldings and conceptual prototype models can be constructed in preparation for machining, detailing and digital mockup.

Being a direct modeller without the overhead of part construction histories, Pictures by PC facilitates the handling of extremely large assemblies on even the most rudimentary of hardware. The software also caters for the generation and handling of product data such as part lists, bill of materials and change notes.
